NOTE: PhillyHistory and other City systems use an external credit
card processing vendor. Over the past several weeks, we have received reports
of this process failing. The result is that the transaction is not completed,
and we do not receive notification that the order should be shipped. We are
trying to get the problems resolved but are also examining the possibility of
