• contain viruses, corrupted files, or other material that could harm the PhillyHistory.org website or any other computer system.

PhillyHistory.org reserves the right to edit or delete any comments for any reason we deem appropriate. Users are also encouraged to report any unsuitable comments using the "Report" button located next to that comment. We will review these reports on a regular basis and remove comments as necessary. We reserve the right to disable the account of any user who repeatedly violates the terms of use.
